“I understand the trust customers place in IT companies and I wanted to create one myself where businesses could be assured they were getting the best products and support for their requirements at a truly competitive price.
I began my career as an apprentice electrician, and once qualified, became an electronics research and development engineer. In my early 20s I advanced to become a mainframe computer engineer where my passion for IT really took hold. During my 30s, personal computers quickly gained popularity, initially within the business sector, and then in the home. This is when I realised that many IT companies seemed to focus on their own profit margins, rather than providing the most efficient and cost effective IT solution that benefited the customer.
I have a wealth of industry knowledge and a greater depth of understanding of customers’ expectations of service thanks to my experience as a computer field service engineer and the 32 years I served in the British Army Reserve Force. Here, I was heavily involved in IT and communications technology in support of military operations.
By applying the right solutions, I create long term business relationships that benefit all. Many of our customers come to us upon recommendation, which hopefully says it all.”
